Founder’s Message
I have always been a competitive athlete, but the fitness world was always intimidating to me until I found pilates. I found a love for sculpt and movement when I was newly postpartum with my third baby. My hope is to empower others to feel confident, capable, and strong both physically and mentally. I am deeply passionate about creating an environment that makes every single body feel like they belong!
A little about me, I am an attorney and a competitive horseback rider. I am no stranger to hard work, and I’m ready to make your muscles SHAKE! My classes will always have movement options for all levels, whether you are brand new to pilates or a seasoned expert. I can’t wait to see you on a mat somewhere.
